IN RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We at the White Cross Group are deeply concerned with the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We have, however, quickly responded to the changes and put into motion various safety measures to ensure your safety and ours! As an essential service, we are putting the safety of our clients, patients, and the community we serve at the top of our priority list. For this reason, certain changes must be made assure we can continue to offer the same great service as we all come together and practice safe social distancing during this difficult time. 

We can assure you that we are not closing for any reason, but are making the following changes:

For our In-Store Pick Up clients:

Curbside pick up will be offered at designated time slots during the day

  • Please call or text the pharmacy ahead of time to inquire about the designated times we are offering this service.

  • When you arrive, we will come outside to deliver your medication.

 

For our Delivery Service Clients:

  • Please note, we will not be handing you medications directly or taking your signatures 

  • We will call you ahead of time to schedule a time slot, at your convenience, to deliver your medications

    • They will be delivered to your front door, followed by a text message or call to notify you that the delivery has been completed so you can retrieve your medication
